EVENT COORDINATORS NEEDED
GS Sabbath Coordinator—A leader who has an affiliation with a local Synagogue to ask for the GSs to be included in a service
Art Walk—A leader who doesn’t mind organizing a large community/GS event. Will need to contact other community groups and request donations from area vendors
Camporee—Willing to get your hands dirty? We need a committee of people for this event including: skit coordinator, tent coordinator, D/B/J/C+ activity coordinator, food coordinator, etc If a lot of people work together this will be an easy weekend to pull off.
Volunteer Appreciation Event Coordinator-We want to ask our parents to coordinate with the girls in their daughters’ troop. The girls should come up with a skit, song, ceremony that they feel would show their appreciation towards their troop volunteers (leaders, coleaders, cookie moms, etc). The parent runs the program, the Coordinator sets up the schedule and organizes refreshements.
Bridging Ceremony Coordinator—This is the easiest event because there are already SOPs! This was a Silver Award program run last year. Follow the directions and you’ll find it easy.
